Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will everyone who needs their signature notarized be present?
If more than one person will need their signature notarized, or if a signer needs to be identified by credible witnesses, confirm that everyone required for the notarization will be present at the appointment.
2. Do you have all necessary documents ready for the notarization?
If multiple documents require notarization, check to be sure that you will have all documents present and ready when you arrive.
If your document is incomplete, including documents with missing pages we cannot proceed with the notarization.
3. Do all signers have acceptable ID?
“Do you have ID?”
As our client, please describe the type of ID (for example, “I have a Texas driver’s license.” or “I’m using a U.S. passport.”) to confirm that we can accept it as proof of identity.
Big As Texas notaries require a current and valid I.D. Per Texas State Law (We DO NOT accept expire I.D.'s or Driver's License).
4. Do you agree to all your payment terms?
Each Notary charges a separate travel fee, we require payment before services are rendered and all fees including travel fees must be agreed to with each of our clients prior to services being rendered.
